Here are some of the fine menu selections Pepper's has to offer:

Road Runner - Grilled chicken breast topped with roasted red bell peppers, pepper jack cheese, and crispy onion straws. Spread with chipotle mayonnaise.

Steak and Enchiladas  - Charbroiled sirloin with three cheese enchiladas, your choice of red or green chile. Topped with cheese and served with aztec rice and lettuce garnish.

Red Rock Quesadilla - Grilled flour tortilla stuffed with roasted turkey breast, mixed cheese, and grilled onions. Served with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa fresca.
